◆ Characteristics : Thermal Stability & Long-lasting Performance: Adopting a dedicated thermal stabilization system, it resists degradation long-term at **150℃**, with a strength retention rate over 80% under high temperature and high humidity conditions, outperforming conventional toughened PA66. Strength and Toughness Balance: 15% glass fiber delivers high rigidity, while the toughened formula enhances impact resistance. It remains non-brittle and crack-proof at low temperatures (-30℃), suitable for alternating cold and hot working conditions. Processing Friendliness: Formulated with internal lubrication, it features excellent fluidity, smooth demolding, low warpage and high surface finish, ideal for precision and complex parts. Excellent Chemical Resistance: Resistant to gasoline, engine oil, hydraulic oil and antifreeze liquid. It boasts creep resistance and stable dimensional performance, perfectly adapting to harsh automotive and industrial service environments.
